Event Schedule

  • Day 1: Saturday, June 14, 2025, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    • (Doors open at 10:30 AM, Casual Meetup After Day 1 from 7:00 PM)
  • Day 2: Sunday, June 15, 2025, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    • (Doors open at 9:30 AM)

About Tickets

Please read the following before purchasing your ticket:

  • A Casual Meetup will be held after the sessions on Day 1. If you wish to participate, please purchase a ticket with meetup.
    • If your talk is accepted via the call for papers, please purchase only the meetup ticket.
  • Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred freely.
  • Please review the Code of Conduct and purchase a ticket only if you agree to it.
  • Photos and videos may be taken at the venue for promotional purposes and may be publicly shared.
  • If you encounter any issues with payment via Stripe, please contact the event organizers.
